Job Description

My client is a national business with a footprint that spans multiple operational sites across South Africa. They are expanding their finance department and seeking a Finance Administrator who can support the daily functioning of finance operations. This role involves handling business licence renewals, insurance and vehicle administration, processing payments (local and international), and ensuring that all financial documentation is up-to-date and correctly maintained. Youll work closely with various departments to keep things aligned and compliant. Its an ideal role for someone who is organised, works well under pressure, and wants to grow within a structured finance team. Requirements: Assisting with licence renewals for operating branches Managing insurance documents and vehicle paperwork Processing payments, including forex and royalty transactions Handling applications for mobile phones, fuel cards, and bank cards Assisting with opening new store accounts and preparing contracts Keeping records organised and up to date What do you need: Grade 12 and an administration or finance certificate 12 years' experience in a finance or office admin role Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Good communication and planning skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently APPLY NOW!
