Procurement / Sales Representative Automotive Truck Spares Location: Pretoria West Department: Sales & Procurement Reports to: Sales Manager / General Manager Type: Full-time Salary: R40k CTC Summary: Seeking an experienced Procurement/Sales Representative for truck spares. Responsible for sourcing quality parts, building supplier and client relationships, and driving sales through excellent service and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: li]:mt-1.5"> Assist walk-in and phone customers with part identification, pricing, and technical advice Generate quotes, invoices, and follow up on outstanding orders Achieve sales targets, upsell products, and maintain client relationships Source and purchase truck parts locally and internationally Negotiate with suppliers for best prices and terms; ensure timely order delivery Track purchases, supplier info, and manage stock levels Identify and develop new suppliers Requirements: li]:mt-1.5"> Grade 12 (Matric) 3 years sales/procurement experience in automotive truck spares Strong knowledge of truck brands/parts (Mercedes, MAN, Volvo, Scania, etc.) Experience with inventory/sales systems (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks) Valid drivers license (advantageous) Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Detail-oriented, target-driven, and a team player Working Conditions: Office/counter-based with occasional supplier and site visits; overtime or Saturday work may be required.
