Job Description

We have a vacancy for a Vehicle Fleet Sales Executive with a large, fast-selling branded dealership in Rustenburg. Duties and responsibilities: Prospect and secure new fleet clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation; Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate and fleet accounts; Conduct fleet needs analysis and offer tailored vehicle solutions; Structure and present finance, leasing, and maintenance plan options; Coordinate test drives and manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery; Handle all relevant administrative documentation; Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fleet or corporate vehicle sales Proven track record in meeting or exceeding monthly fleet sales targets. Experience in sales within fast selling brands like Nissan, Ford, VW etc. Excellent B2B communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of vehicle financing and leasing structures. Experience in a fast-moving or premium brand dealership environment preferred. Valid South African driver’s license. Clear criminal record. Grade 12 or equivalent. Submit your CV to:
