General Maintenance Assistant

Minimum requirements: Must have completed grade 12 Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle (Preferably a Bakkie) Must have excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Afrikaans as well as report writing skills The suitable incumbent must have extensive experience in maintenance (at least 7 years or more) with regards to pool maintenance, general repairs of the Home Owners Association property, like welding, erecting of relevant structures, frames brackets, minor construction work and planting poles Conduct daily site visits to identify all maintenance needs Managing petty cash Take minutes during maintenance committee meetings Identify and recommend cost saving measures Planning and scheduling of maintenance projects Conduct cost estimations of projects Be able to draft specifications in collaboration with Estate Manager for maintenance work before quotations are obtained Consultant: Heidi Diedericks - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
