Experience as Hino Service Advisor would be advantages Key Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan effectively Good customer service orientation High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively Commercial or retail mindset Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Key Responsibilities (not limit to) Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer satisfaction and complaints with professionalism and care. Workshop Planning: Oversee workshop utilization capacity and ensure smooth operations. Invoicing & Claims: Prepare retail and internal invoicing and manage claims efficiently. Job Card Management: Open, process, and monitor job cards for repairs, maintenance, and service. Communication & Liaison: Act as the main contact between customers and Volvo, ensuring accurate information transfer. Workshop Support: Assist Technicians with VSTs & RSTs, manage workshop administration, and maintain the maintenance parts store.
