Store Supervisor and Inventory Clerk

A well established company based in the West Rand, requires a Stores Supervisor/Inventory Clerk DUTIES: The role of Head Storekeeper & Stock Contoller is to manage and co-ordinate the stock, as well as to ensure the replenishment of all manufacturing raw material items. A key aspect of this position is maintaining the correct stock Stock control & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct stock takes, and monitor stock levels. Store Receiving & Dispatching: Handle incoming stock deliveries, verify accuracy, and ensure timely dispatch of goods Warehouse Organisation: Keep the Store neat, organised, and compliant with safety standards Stock recording using the Stock Management system to count stock. Correct stock storage Ensure that stores complies with Q.H.S.E. and ISO Standards. Procurement Support: Assist in monitoring stock levels and liaising with Procurement for replenishments Equipment & Tools Management: Ensure tools and equipment are stored correctly and in working order General stores Duties: Assist with any operational tasks to maintain effeciency REQUIREMENTS: Basic Computer Skills Grade 12 certificate Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse management, logistics, business, or related field will be advantageous 3 5 years related experience required FENYA & Scanner working experience Knowledge of the computer programmes FENYA and EXPEDITE will be advantageous Very basic Inventory Experience in Pastel Manufacturing
