This role goes far beyond that of a receptionist: you will be the face and voice of KinAura, the first point of contact who anticipates and interprets client needs, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience from the very first moment. Previous experience in high-end hospitality or luxury wellness destinations. Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a strong plus. Outstanding communication and relationship management skills. Client-centered mindset, attention to detail, and utmost discretion.
