The Role We seek an innovative and strategic Communications Director to lead media coverage and craft narratives for diverse audiences, including customers, investors, government officials, partners, and employees. As the key communicator for Kyndryl Italy, you will collaborate closely with the Country President and senior leadership to enhance our communication efforts. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to the President in Italy, understanding local needs and designing communication strategies accordingly. Support Leadership: Assist the President with internal and external communications, ensuring impactful messaging. Thought Leadership: Develop articles, speeches, and social media content demonstrating Kyndryl’s expertise on digital transformation trends. Media Leadership: Lead media initiatives to boost public presence and influence. Effective Communication: Communicate messages effectively within Kyndryl Italy, fostering internal cohesion. Content Development: Manage regular updates and content creation for timely engagement. Team Management: Oversee a team of one and collaborate with agencies to amplify reach. Senior Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders, demonstrating strong communication skills. Startup Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment within Italy. Who You Are Experience: Proven track record working with top organizational leaders. People Management: Ability to manage and inspire teams. Industry Insight: Experience in related industries preferred. Resilience: Ability to handle stress and high workloads in dynamic settings. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Italian.
