Content Creator and Event Coordinator

The Marketing Communications role is a dynamic position within our organization, responsible for creating engaging content and supporting European tradeshows and events. This exciting opportunity allows the selected candidate to work on various projects, including developing and executing comprehensive content aligned with our company's strategy, business goals, and marketing communication. A successful candidate will be part of an international team within our corporate function Branding and Communication, responsible for the following activities : Primary Role : Content Creation Develop and execute a comprehensive content aligned with our company's strategy, business goals, and marketing communication. Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including website, blogs, social media, newsletters, and whitepapers. Collaborate with internal teams to produce product-related content, application case studies, and target-group-oriented messaging for several communication assets (Catalogues, Brochures, Articles, Presentations, Videos, etc). Ensure timely delivery of content within the Editorial calendar & Communication Campaign plan. Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and visibility. Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach. Coordinate assigned tasks with relevant internal functions and external resources / agencies Secondary Role : Coordination-Support for European Tradeshows and Events Support planning and coordinating tradeshows, conferences, and industry events, with local representatives Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate identifying of the necessary event marketing messaging and materials Support managing event logistics, including booth setup, supported by local representatives. Coordinate setting up the tracking and reporting on event performance, including lead generation and ROI, with the team's responsible colleagues Ensure brand consistency and high standards of presentation at all events, assisted Capabilities Required : Approximately 5 years of experience in content creation and event coordination, preferably in the B2B lighting industry. Bachelor's degree (or specialist / master's degree) in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of published content. Fluency in English both written and spoken (preferred mother tongue) Proficiency in content generation. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
