About The Job Our Graduate Program (also known as Leadership Development Program) for Software Developers and Engineers is a three-year career acceleration designed for new graduates passionate about growth and technology evolution. Through job rotations, coaching, training sessions, mentoring, and continuous feedback, you will gain hands-on experience with the latest methodologies and technologies used in our agile product development organization. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline. Above-average grades. Degree obtained within the past year or currently pursuing it. Some programming ability in languages such as Java, C#, C++, or JavaScript. Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level). Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Italian residency or plans to relocate to Italy. If from a non-EU country, a valid EU visa or work permit is required. Contract Type Full-time, permanent contract.
