This is a global role open to candidates worldwide. The successful candidate will drive strategic alliances and brand labelling initiatives across internal Nidec companies, adjacent market companies, and target segment OEMs. The primary objective is to meet drive solution requirements through effective collaboration and strategic partnerships. Key Job Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of brand labelling strategies and strategic alliances. Collaborate with internal business units to identify opportunities and manage partnerships. Build and nurture relationships with adjacent market companies to expand market reach. Engage with segment OEMs to understand their needs and align strategies. Manage the lifecycle of alliances and labelled products, including negotiations and market launches. Ensure solutions align with Nidec Drives' brand standards and compliance. Analyze market trends and competition to refine strategies. Maintain communication with stakeholders on partnership progress and risks. Serve as the main contact for brand labelling and alliances internally and externally. Qualifications & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing within industrial automation or related industries. Experience managing strategic partnerships. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the industrial drives market and OEM landscapes. Market analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills. Business acumen and strategic planning experience. Employees must be able to: Understand emergency instructions. Read safety signage and hazard warnings. Communicate effectively in emergency situations (e.g., fire evacuation).
