HOW YOU'LL IMPACT Holistic project work. Analysis of processes, procurement organizations, and product groups. Developing strategies to optimize the supply chain and procurement processes. Implementing these strategies to deliver tangible results for clients. Broad range of challenges. Managing diverse customer portfolios and projects across various industries and countries, including start-ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors. Intensive customer consulting. Collaborating closely with clients, conducting workshops and negotiations, presenting processes and structures, and quickly gaining industry-specific knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor. Cross-industry development. Contributing to knowledge sharing within the company through participation in competence centres, and expanding your expertise into new subject areas. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's or Master's degree with above-average grades. Initial experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting. Strong analytical thinking, flexibility, enthusiasm for new challenges, and a performance-driven mindset. Team-oriented, grounded, fair, authentic, and confident in an international environment.
