This is a global role open to applicants from any country. The successful candidate will drive strategic alliances and brand labelling initiatives across internal Nidec entities, adjacent market companies, and OEM target segments. The primary goal is to meet drive solution requirements through effective collaboration and partnerships. Key Job Responsibilities : The responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Leading the development and execution of brand labelling strategies and alliances Collaborating with internal business units to identify opportunities and manage partnerships Building relationships with adjacent market companies to expand market reach Engaging with segment OEMs to understand their drive solution needs and aligning strategies Managing the lifecycle of alliances and labelled products, including negotiations, contracts, launches, and relationship management Ensuring brand labelling solutions comply with Nidec Drives' standards Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategies Communicating regularly with stakeholders about partnership progress, risks, and opportunities Serving as the primary contact internally and externally for brand labelling and alliances Qualifications & Experience Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field Master's degree preferred Proven experience in sales and/or marketing within industrial automation or related industries Success in developing and managing strategic partnerships Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of the industrial drives market and OEM landscape Market and competitive analysis skills Cross-functional collaboration abilities Business acumen and strategic planning experience Employees must be able to : Understand emergency instructions Read safety signage and hazard warnings Communicate effectively in emergency situations (e.g., fire evacuation) Nidec Drives : What we do?
