Communication Manager

We are looking for a Communication Manager who will lead our comprehensive communication strategy across all channels and touchpoints. You will oversee brand messaging, product communication, retail activities, and strategic partnerships while managing our PR, events, and influencer initiatives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong creative vision for campaigns and activations, and management responsibilities for our social media and creative teams. You have a strategic mindset with strong communication expertise and are ready to elevate our brand presence across all communication channels while leading a talented team. Responsibilities include: Strategic Communication & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans covering brand themes, product launches, and retail activities; lead creative ideation for launch strategies and campaign concepts; oversee messaging consistency and brand voice. Copywriting: Create compelling copy for website, paid ads, media campaigns, email marketing, and social media; develop product naming strategies and write product-focused communication materials. Partnerships & Special Projects: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships; lead execution of collaborations and special projects; coordinate cross-functional teams for complex campaigns. PR, Events & Influencer Management: Oversee external PR agencies; conceptualize and execute brand events and activations; manage influencer partnerships; drive media opportunities; lead and mentor team members including Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer; foster collaboration and ensure quality output. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields At least 2 years of experience in communication management Strong creative vision for campaigns and brand experiences Excellent copywriting skills across multiple channels Experience managing PR agencies, partnerships, and influencer collaborations Passion for the beauty industry with a strategic mindset Hands-on, self-starting attitude comfortable with fast turnarounds Our philosophy is simple: we dream big, move fast, and enhance each other's talents.
