Role Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Nidec Drives as a Global Servo Motor Product & Business Development Manager - CTD Range. This is a global-based role with no geographical restrictions for applications. The Global Servo Motor Product Manager will lead strategic growth and lifecycle management across servo motor portfolios. Responsibilities include product strategy formulation, market analysis, pricing management, and profitability optimization. The role involves coordinating global product launches, driving channel development, and engaging deeply with customers to deliver tailored value propositions. As a central liaison among R&D, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and business development teams, the Product Manager will ensure cross-functional collaboration, comprehensive training, continuous performance monitoring, and stakeholder management, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, setting and achieving global sales targets, expanding channel reach, and delivering tailored value propositions to accelerate CTD adoption. Key responsibilities include: Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management New Product & Channel Development Regional Product Management, Launch & Marketing Market & Competitor Analysis Pricing & Profitability Management Customer Engagement & Value Proposition Cross-Functional Collaboration Training & Stakeholder Engagement Market Opportunity & Strategy Customer / Drive Center Partnership Development Sales Target & Pipeline Management Value Proposition & Technical Enablement Performance Monitoring & Reporting Travel Requirements: Frequent international travel for industry events, conferences, customer engagements, and internal meetings. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Extensive experience in Servo Motors, Servo Drives, or manufacturing automation in sales and/or marketing roles. Proven success in building and scaling global sales channels and achieving revenue targets. Strong technical and financial acumen. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong leadership skills managing cross-functional teams and complex projects. Employees must be able to: Understand emergency instructions. Read safety signage and hazard warnings. Communicate effectively in specific situations (e.g., fire evacuation).
