We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities and equipment. Job Summary: We're looking for a talented and versatile Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on a wide range of plant, equipment, and building services. If you have a strong background in manufacturing maintenance, electrical and mechanical competences, and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: * Identify and manage risks associated with equipment on site, including updating drawings, identifying critical spares, and improving equipment performance * Conduct fault-finding on all types of machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems * Provide electrical and mechanical expertise to the maintenance department, working on heavy industrial machines and overhead cranes * Write and follow risk assessments and method statements, ensuring a safe and accurate working environment * Use mobile devices to accurately project and complete works from the CAFM maintenance system * Liaise with onsite site services to manage building services-related issues * Deputise for the shift leader during annual leave or sickness * Work overtime as required, including nights and weekends Requirements: * Recognised or time-served apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering * Strong proven experience in manufacturing maintenance experience * Electrical competences to a minimum of City and Guilds 236 Pt 1-2 Electrical qualifications to 17th Edition * Mechanical competences to an acceptable standard to City and Guild's Mechanical * Good multi-skilled ability, with experience working on 3-phase motors, drives, and inverters * Hydraulic and pneumatic experience * Ability to fault-find and diagnose PLC systems * NVQ qualifications to Level 2, Electrical and Mechanical * Ability to supervise contractors and write risk and method statements Desirable: * Working at height qualification * IPAF certification * AP qualifications * Experience of heavy engineering What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management services * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and training opportunities * Recognition and reward for outstanding performance
