Motorsports Lecturer

Provision Recruitment, part of the Operam Education Group, is working in partnership with a leading Further Education College based Nottingham to recruit a passionate and knowledgeable Motorsports Lecturer. We are looking for an individual with strong industry experience and a commitment to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching to learners across a range of levels, typically up to Level 3. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support the next generation of professionals. The Role: * Delivering both theory and practical sessions in Motorsport Engineering * Teach across a variety of levels (Entry to Level 3) * Develop engaging lesson plans and resources * Track and support learner progress * Maintain a safe and inclusive workshop and classroom environment ✅ What We’re Looking For: * A recognised qualification in Motor Vehicle (minimum Level 3) and a keen interest in Motorsports * Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards one * Previous teaching or training experience in an Education setting is desirable * Excellent communication and classroom management skills * A genuine passion for educating the next generation of Motorsport Engineers About Provision Recruitment Established in 2004, Provision Recruitment has spent over two decades delivering tailored staffing solutions to Further Education providers across the UK.
