Junior 1st Line Support Engineer

Join FRISS as a Junior 1st Line Support Engineer Just graduated and ready to launch your career in tech? We’re looking for two fresh minds to join our Support team in Utrecht! At FRISS, we help insurers fight fraud and build honest insurance. As a Junior 1st Line Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for users of our products around the world. What you'll do: - Solve incoming support requests from international customers. - Learn our product inside-out with training, shadowing, and mentoring. - Work with data tools, dashboards, and maybe even some AI magic. - Join a shift rotation (including evenings or weekends) to support global clients. - Collaborate with engineers and product teams to find solutions. What you bring: - A recent degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - Curiosity, energy, and a problem-solving mindset. - Comfortable using tech tools, and not afraid to ask questions. - Great communication in English. - You’re available to work from our Utrecht office (50%) and open to shift work.
