This role will be central in managing the Skechers ecommerce platform and supporting other digital marketing activities, such as social media coordination and managing e-tailer accounts like Amazon. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the translation of content shared in English by HQ. Coordinate with the creative team (HQ in the United States) to localize assets (images, CTAs) for Italy. Manage the mailing calendar in Asana in collaboration with the CRM & Loyalty EU team, proposing opportunities based on ecommerce site insights (traffic, sales). Analyze e-commerce and digital marketing performance, monitoring sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics to optimize product placement, content, and engagement. Read and interpret CRM and eCommerce dashboards and reports. Collaborate with CRM & Loyalty, Media, CRO, Content & Merchandising teams to align digital strategies for Italy. Prepare presentations and insights for decision-makers. Partner with affiliate networks to strengthen partnerships in Italy. Support general digital marketing activities, including social media coordination and managing e-tailer accounts like Amazon. ABOUT YOU At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Page Designer (or similar platforms) is advantageous. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and broader digital tactics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail. Passionate about fashion and keeping up with market trends and competitor strategies in ecommerce. Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory). WHAT WE OFFER Full-time permanent position.
