Position: Marketing & Content Strategist BEE My Help, a platform revolutionizing home services, is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Content Strategist to help us redefine the game in the domestic services industry. Our platform simplifies the process of finding trusted professionals—electricians, plumbers, locksmiths, painters, carpenters, and more—just like ordering a pizza, but with drills and wrenches. In just one month, we've received over 1200 applications from professionals, selected 300 through thorough interviews to ensure reliability and quality for our clients. Now, we want to expand our brand awareness across Italy, and we need your expertise. We are looking for a hybrid strategic and creative individual who can lead and execute our end-to-end marketing strategy: You have an analytical mind combined with an eye for aesthetics. You can design an editorial plan and bring it to life using Canva or Figma. You think growth-oriented but also enjoy storytelling through Instagram posts or LinkedIn carousels. You are eager to get hands dirty and see a startup grow, sharing that success. You will build the medium-long-term marketing strategy (goals, KPIs, channels, funnel). You will define and manage the monthly editorial calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, blog, and newsletter. You will propose and create graphic content consistent with our brand identity. You will work closely with the CEO to shape our brand voice and communication. You will collaborate with agencies or partners on campaigns, SEO, PR, and events. You will bring new ideas to increase brand awareness and attract new users. You have at least 1-2 years of experience in strategic and operational marketing, preferably in startups or digital companies. You have experience creating and managing content across social media, newsletters, and blogs. You are proficient with graphic tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe. You are autonomous but a team player. You have a results-oriented mindset, focused on testing and continuous improvement. Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO is a plus. Flexibility: flexible hours and remote work options.
