Social Media Manager

Are you a social-savvy content creator with a flair for spotting trends, crafting scroll-stopping posts, and building brand love online? With a client list spanning beauty, food & drink, lifestyle and beyond, you’ll help bring brands to life across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn – from strategy through to execution. You’ll work closely with the Head of Client Services and creative studio to plan and manage content, build influencer relationships, and help shape campaigns that get people talking. What you’ll be doing * Plan and schedule engaging organic content across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn * Support content creation and work closely with creatives to bring ideas to life * Manage monthly calendars and contribute to content planning * Help run influencer/UGC campaigns, including outreach and coordination * Stay on top of trends and platform updates to keep content fresh * Review analytics and support with reporting and optimisations * Contribute ideas for client campaigns and internal social channels About you * 2–3 years’ experience in a social media role – agency side * Confident working across Instagram and TikTok (LinkedIn a bonus) * Familiar with social tools (e.g. scheduling, reporting, influencer outreach) * Creative eye and a passion for internet culture, trends and storytelling * Strong written communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude The Agency Maverick and unafraid to push boundaries, this independent, award-winning agency does things differently.
