Job Description

Kasmir Associates are recruiting a mid-level Account Executive for a global SaaS company who have over 40 million users worldwide including virtually every Fortune 500 company, in Central London. Their flagship product is fun and creative, genuinely well-loved and used by millions. Their platform helps HR, L&D and marketing teams create high-impact visual communications from animated presentations and explainer videos to live streams, AI powered content and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to help top-tier companies elevate their internal and external communications, training and marketing efforts, whilst growing your career within a fast-scaling and profitable tech business: Your role will be to drive new business across mid-market and enterprise segments globally, America, Europe and the UK respectively. This is a hunter-focused role, with 90% of pipeline self-sourced and 10% supported by an SDR team. You’ll report to the VP of Revenue and collaborate with Customer Success Managers post-sale. You’ll be responsible for: * Identifying and prospecting into HR, L&D, and marketing teams within large organisations (especially on social media) * Running structured, consultative discovery calls to understand client pain points and tailor solutions * Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings * Developing proposals and quotes * Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets and quotas * Attending industry events, virtual meetings, and conferences * You will receive monthly commission based on booked revenue/signed orders in that month What we’re looking for: * 5 years in B2B SaaS/software sales, selling enterprise or mid-market solutions (MUST) * Prior experience selling into enterprise L&D or HR teams is a big plus * Experience selling into US-based C-level and B2B executives and global organizations (MUST) * Proven success with outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline including cold calls (MUST) * Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) (MUST) * Native English speaker – (MUST) What’s on offer: * Hybrid working with only 1-2 days in their workspace in Aldwych * Weekly food allowance (via Deliveroo) * Fully stocked office in Aldwych * Cycle scheme access * Volunteering programs * Monthly commission scheme * Regular team socials and a genuinely fun culture
