As we continue to grow and expand our capabilities, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Managing Director. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—this is the opportunity for you. What you'll be doing * Managing the MD’s calendar, appointments, and communications. * Preparing polished reports, correspondence, and presentations. * Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations. * Processing Expenses and Timesheets. * Coordinating onboarding and integration of key new joiners. * Supporting project planning, budgeting, and progress reporting. * Managing documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-ups. * Planning executive-level meetings, events, and retreats. * Liaising with key stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. * Collaborating closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless business continuity. What you'll bring * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role. * Experience in the construction or civil engineering industry is desirable but not essential * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
