What’s in it for you? * Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm * Salary: £25,396.80 * Hybrid, one day working from home, increasing to three days after one years' service * 20 days annual leave increasing up to 25 days with length of service * Access to a contributory pension scheme * Free car parking Graduate Sales Executive Responsibilities: * Build a healthy sales pipeline by undertaking in-depth research * Reach out to prospective customers to generate sales and qualify leads * Maintain regular contact with prospective customers, using your strong communication skills to build rapport and turn interactions into long-term partnerships * Contact existing customers to promote the business's services and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities * Develop a good understanding of the freight and logistics services on offer, enabling you to deliver tailored solutions to prospective customers * Follow up with prospective customers and outstanding quotes to convert leads into sales Graduate Sales Executive Skills and Experience: * Possesses a degree, ideally within Humanities/Arts, although other degrees would be considered * Has a genuine interest in sales and is keen to establish a successful sales career * Eager to learn and wants a position where training is provided and progression offered * Dynamic and results-driven, is motivated and works on own initiative to reach goals * Can work to targets and is the type of person who enjoys exceeding expectations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can easily build rapport and foster close-knit, professional relationships
