Software Engineer Intern

We are seeking exceptional Software Engineering interns to join NoRecruit and help build the future of agentic recruitment platforms that empower founders and small businesses to hire talent independently—without relying on traditional third parties. This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of recruitment technology, workflow automation, and generative AI, working directly with experienced founders and engineers. At NoRecruit, our mission is to transform how companies attract, engage, and hire talent by combining intuitive software with AI-powered capabilities. As an Engineering Intern, you’ll collaborate closely with our technical team on meaningful projects that shape our platform and deliver real impact to our users. What You’ll Do Develop and improve core components of our recruitment platform Build production-ready features end to end, from design to deployment Integrate AI-powered modules and APIs to enhance hiring workflows Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers Learn about large-scale SaaS development and recruitment process automation Contribute ideas to our technical roadmap and shape the future of the product Technical Focus Areas Backend development with TypeScript (Node.js) and Python API design, implementation, and integration Database modeling and query optimization ( PostgreSQL/Supabase ) Frontend development with React Workflow automation and third-party integrations (e.g., WhatsApp APIs, CRM tools) Testing and CI/CD pipeline improvements Requirements Currently pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science or related field Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python Familiarity with web development frameworks ( Node.js, React ) Understanding of modern software development practices Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and solve real problems Clear communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) Familiarity with cloud platforms ( AWS, Vercel, Supabase ) Interest in recruitment tech or workflow automation Contributions to open-source projects Knowledge of relational database design and performance tuning About The Internship Duration: 12–16 weeks (aligned with your requirements) Location: Onsite – Utrecht (We believe in close collaboration and mentorship, so this role requires working from our office.)
