About the role As part of the Valaston audit team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting high-quality audit engagements from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in audit preparation through research, documentation, and meeting coordination Preparing and maintaining audit workpapers to support our reports Conducting process walkthroughs, documenting narratives, and testing key controls Supporting the preparation of reports presented to management and audit committees Participating in client calls and gaining direct client exposure Following audit procedures in line with professional and regulatory standards Working from our office in Voorburg (The Hague), with potential for overseas travel to support international clients. About you A higher education or university degree (or are currently studying) in Accountancy 0 – 3 years relevant work experience (preferably within accountancy) A minimum availability of 2 days per week, preferably more Enthusiastic and highly motivated high school students aiming to start the NIVRA-Nyenrode education are also invited to apply.
