IT Technician

JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN Cape Radiology www.caperad.co.za a leading radiology practice in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs seeks to employ a Junior IT Technician. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to various IT projects as well as PACS support. Applicants who meet the following requirements will be considered: Qualifications Grade 12 Certificate - Essential Any relevant post grade 12 certifications such as CompTIA A, Network or other industry recognized certifications Experience Internships or Volunteer Work: Previous internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work in an IT-related role IT Projects: Involvement in personal or academic IT projects showcasing practical skills Advantageous Technical Skills Basic Knowledge of Computer Hardware Operating Systems Software Applications Networking Fundamentals Troubleshooting Skills System Maintenance Data Backup and Recovery Basic Scripting Security Awareness Competencies Customer Service Problem-Solving Adaptability Team Player Time Management Availability · Preferably immediately To apply, email your CV to jobs@caperad.co.za (Ref: IT Technician).
