Packaging Engineer Intern

Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics Your role at KIKO MILANO You will support the line manager and the team of packaging development area for primary and secondary packaging materials. You will also work with the internal customer (Marketing, Sourcing, Quality, Regulatory, Trade) for the launch of the new packaging according to KIKO master plan and with packaging suppliers. In particular, you will: Support the team in the coordination of the production of the primary and secondary packaging of KIKO products; Support, in agreement with the Head of Reference, the operations of supervision of production start-ups at suppliers; Work, in agreement with the Responsible, for differentiating the company figures / functions involved (Marketing, Quality, Sourcing, Graphic and Trade); Respect and monitor the validation of the molds, with the collaboration of the CQ department; Collaborate, in coordination with the Packaging Engineer, with the "Internal Customers" functions to engage actively and collaboratively in all improvement processes and in problem solving. What you will need to succeed Degree in Materials Engineering or related field; Knowledge (basic) technique of printing plastic materials, glass and aluminum is a plus; Technical knowledge on secondary packaging (labels, cartons and stationery in general) is a plus; Accuracy and scientific approach are essentials; Excellent analytical skills; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Fluent in English; Drive license We would love if you had Ability to learn on the job and to manage change; Easily collaborates with suppliers, functions and across cultures Openness to a culture of continuous feedback; Experience working in a fast-paced environment; Highly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams.
