In this role, as an Operations Specialist you will constantly deal with customers and providers to ensure timely delivery and collection on both FTL/LTL and Groupage products. How you create impact Ensure delivery and collection scheduling by dealing with carriers, hauliers, subcontractors, and third parties Deal on a daily basis with customers, in terms of customs clearance, invoicing, and other administrative duties Maintain good relationships with both existing and potential customers to ensure retention and growth Promote company services to customers, chasing new commercial partnerships What we would like you to bring At least 2 years of experience in Road Logistics, with a solid understanding of road freight operations Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required What's in it for you We strive to provide you and your loved ones with a first-class benefits experience, focused on supporting your physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing.
