This is a position with grade 13 This position reports to Service Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products within the Motion Service Division, aligned with the division strategy. Your daily activities will include achieving qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will identify and develop new sales opportunities, helping customers globally by maximizing uptime, extending product life cycles, and enhancing the performance and energy efficiency of electrical motion solutions. The work model for this role is: LI-Hybrid. This position contributes to the Motion Service Division for Motors in North Italy: Lombardia, Triveneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo. You will be responsible for sales in this area, primarily engaging with end users across industrial segments. Your main responsibilities include ensuring effective sales and marketing activities, communicating the value proposition related to the Service Drives portfolio (contracts, maintenance, spare parts, training, obsolete product replacement), managing sales target volumes, product and solutions mix, and developing new market opportunities and customers. You will analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions and communicate ABB's offerings and strategies effectively. Qualifications for the role At least 3 years of experience in Service Sales or Technical fields Passion for sales and ability to build strong customer relationships Availability to visit customers in North Italy at least 3 days per week Knowledge of Electric Motors, Rotating Electric Machines, experience with direct market End Users Proficiency in Office and Salesforce (preferred) Technical diploma/degree in Engineering (preferred) Fluent in Italian and English More about us We value diversity.
