Join Our Dynamic Digital Team at Dual Communication Dual Communication is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead complex, multi-channel digital projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the project, from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while delivering high-impact results for our clients. Key Responsibilities : Plan, coordinate, and manage digital projects with a specific focus on website creation, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, technical, editorial) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all objectives are met within scope. Utilize MailUp for creating, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and performance. Manage social media and digital advertising campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimizing for performance and ROI. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and keeping them informed of project progress. Identify opportunities to optimize digital project performance through the use of analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Required Qualifications : At least 4 years of experience in managing digital projects, preferably within a communication or digital agency. Proven expertise in managing website creation projects, including design, development, and launch phases. Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly MailUp, with the ability to design and manage impactful campaigns. Experience in managing and optimizing social media and digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Ability of using design, planification and work control tools for drafting functional specification, monitoring deadlines, organizing deliveries and sharing templates and communication materials in compliance with the agreed commitments in terms of time and costs. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between different teams and stakeholders. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques. Knowledge of performance monitoring tools like Google Analytics to track campaign effectiveness. Personal Skills : Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on detail and execution. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
