Project Manager of Projects in the Sales Organization within EMEA Specific Responsibilities: Strengthen operational business within the sales & service organization in EMEA Lead and drive projects with business stakeholders in EMEA to completion Ensure business continuity while executing the defined holistic project plans Collaborate cross-functionally & coordinate with the EMEA sales and country managers on business requirements for projects, ensuring comprehensive business process & systems support Act as a change agent for various aspects of the business Develop planning, organization, execution, and communication strategies for program implementations in EMEA Implement and improve business processes in EMEA to seamlessly execute Sales and Service activities Focus on data amalgamation to leverage operational efficiency Prepare & execute project reviews for senior management Desired Qualifications: Thorough experience & knowledge of business processes, organization, and IT tools, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Service areas Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with diverse stakeholder groups Strong analytical thinking & strategic management skills Graduate in technical and/or business education or equivalent vocational experience Experience working with modern project management tools Fluency in English & at least one other major language in the region (Spanish, Italian preferred) LI-OS LI-OSI LI-CORP Varian is required to comply with all local and applicable regulations that may be associated with vaccine requirements for certain roles.
