Position Summary We are seeking a driven, and curious Associate Recruiter to join our high-performing team. In this entry-level role, you’ll be the engine behind our candidate pipeline—researching, identifying, and screening potential talent to support our recruiters. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the full recruiting lifecycle, build your sourcing and screening skills, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter. Key Responsibilities Research and source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other tools Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit Pass qualified candidates along to senior recruiters for client consideration Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our ATS Stay up to date on industry trends, market activity, and competitive talent pools Contribute to team meetings, brainstorms, and campaign strategies Support recruiters in scheduling interviews, collecting documents, and coordinating candidate communication What We’re Looking For Recent college graduate or early-career professional eager to break into recruiting Highly motivated, self-starting, and hungry to learn Naturally curious and loves research Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Workspace A team player who thrives on collaboration but can also work independently Why Join The Staff Pad?
