Job Description
Adecco are recruiting for an Executive Communications Manager for one of their clients to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will: Supports the Global Communications Business Partner to the CFO and CHRO in the management of key strategic projects, such as executive positioning (media events, social media, town halls etc.) and quarterly financial reporting. The role also supports Group-wide employee engagement activities. Conceptualise, develop, and craft executive presentations, letters, video messages, Viva Engage & social media posts, briefings, and other supporting material for external and internal communications Collect and analyse relevant information, extract essences, and develop concise and comprehensive messages that are easy to understand, crisp and memorable for a variety of different stakeholder groups. Criteria Needed: A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in communications, public affairs, or in a public relations agency. Proven experience in dealing with information that is confidential prior to publication. Essential: University diploma in communications, journalist, public affairs, marketing or comparable degree High level of strategic and holistic thinking as well as tactical delivery High level of creativity and the ability to transform scientific and business topics into powerful and meaningful communications Good understanding of the global communication environment - being able to work in a cross-cultural team. Good use of Microsoft packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Forms, Outlook, VivaEngage, Teams) and is confident using Zoom call and Webinar functionality. This is a 12 month contract.
