Sales Analyst

We are looking for a qualified Sales Analyst to join our European Commercial Operation Team . If you have a strong background in sales analysis, data interpretation, and strategic planning this could be your opportunity! About the Role Reporting to the EMEA Vision Care Sr. Director for Commercial Operations, the candidate will have the following duties: Develop and maintain central dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial operations. Analyze commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Manage and engage stakeholders effectively, leading them towards optimal Business Intelligence (BI) solutions by understanding their requirements, addressing their concerns, and delivering tailored insights that drive strategic decisions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing governance practices and collaborating with local teams for regular maintenance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives and campaigns. Provide recommendations for optimizing commercial processes and improving efficiency. Collaborate to define the targets for the sales force and the Key Account Managers. Calculate the sales force achievements and related incentives based on the targets above defined. Develop sales forecasts, plan and ‘latest estimates’ by customer and product. Qualifications and Required Skills 5-7 years of experience in a data analyst role at country or regional level Proven ability to successfully manage and engage stakeholders at different levels Experience to build Power BI dashboards including the datasets Experience with Salesforce.com CRM Strong business and commercial acumen paired with analytical skills and ability to grasp complex concepts quickly Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Full professional knowledge of English and French. Knowledge of Italian language is a plus.
