Business Development Representative - EMEA Join Nozomi Networks and be part of shaping the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity. As we grow our global presence, our Marketing Department seeks a BDR (Business Development Representative) for the EMEA region. Your role will involve supporting client needs through product enhancements, engineering support, and rapid deployment, facilitating digital transformation with network visibility, threat detection, and operational insights. We seek an experienced BDR or SDR in Cybersecurity or IT, with a strong record in pipeline generation and prospecting. The ideal candidate is organized, manages multiple prospecting cycles, and consistently meets targets. A deep understanding of sales development from research to qualification and handoff is essential, along with experience building relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. In this role, you will: Develop territory strategies and build pipelines in partnership with sales and marketing teams. Prospect into new accounts via inbound/outbound methods, including cold calling, social media, campaigns, and account research. Generate qualified meetings for sales that lead to opportunities. Meet or exceed prospecting and opportunity generation metrics monthly and quarterly. Collaborate on outreach scripts, emails, and strategies with marketing and sales leaders. Present Nozomi Networks' value proposition effectively, demonstrating understanding of our cybersecurity solutions. Support sales and marketing initiatives, including events and campaigns. Share a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit to promote our platform to potential customers. To succeed, you will need: Proven B2B BDR experience, preferably in cybersecurity or IT. Experience working closely with sales and marketing to meet revenue and pipeline goals. A track record of exceeding quotas. Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Salesforce, Drift, Orum. Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a competitive drive. Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills. The ability to work remotely with a team-oriented attitude. Alignment with Nozomi’s cultural pillars and mission. Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
