Job Summary: In line with Company Strategies and the overarching team goals set by the Sales Director, you will be responsible for sales activities in the Midlands region. This will include building customer relationships, increasing display presence, promoting stock and ultimately increasing turnover across the territory. This will require high levels of competence around outlook organisation and management as well as the use of a CRM system. * Maintain a high level of product knowledge and share your knowledge, ideas and experiences to train and motivate others. * Manage and be solely responsible for an allocated region of the UK. * Make daily face to face visits developing relationships and product representation. * Identify, present and close shop-in-shop opportunities with our retailers and work with our Marketing and Installation teams throughout the process. * Consistently deliver a high level of customer service and communicate with customers on any issues that need to be resolved. * Work together with your team and provide constructive feedback. Key Skills & Attributes * Excellent judgement and decision making skills. * Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage a CRM system. * An excellent level of verbal, written and numerical literacy and the ability to network at all levels. * Adaptability and Flexibility - being open to change (positive and negative). * Dependability - being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations. * Persistence - particularly in the face of obstacles. * Cooperation - being pleasant with others and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude. * Negotiation – being fair and decisive
