Job Description
Finance Internship (graduate/search year intern position) Requirements: Third or last-year students in International Finance and Control / Accounting / Business Administration or Management with a valid 6-Months Internship Period. Familiar with IFRS/GAAP accounting; have the knowledge of G/L and Reporting, EU/Dutch VAT structure, and regulations. Fluent in verbal and formal communication in English or Dutch would be a plus. The skills we preferred: MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel skills; Logical thinking in numbers and data. A relative high level of bookkeeping skills, also eager to learn and learning ability. The Daily Work includes: Email Administration: Help to process the internal or external request of AP/AR. Cash Reconciliation: Import the bank journal and reconcile the beginning/end balances. Bookkeeping of AR/AP invoices/receipts. Sales Support / Purchase Support: Help to verify and process the sales order and purchase order in ERP system and generate accordingly invoices. Provide the suggestion on process building and perfecting. Participate in Weekly Reconciliation and Monthly Close: Support some items in Weekly Reconciliation and Monthly Close like Reconciliation of Cash/Related Transactions etc. Working Condition: You will play as a full-time role within Finance Team (40 hour based) You are required to show up in the office at least 4 days a week You should undertake the routine duties and the ad-hoc tasks from your manager as well What you will learn from this program: Bookkeeping in AP/AR/Assets/Inventory/Foreign Currency Revaluation. International Logistics especially in procurement and sales process. Financial Data analysis. Reconciliation Skills of Cash/Revenue/Related Transactions, VAT Return Claim, and SAP ERP system.
