Marketing Director – Sales Enablement

Your Role and Challenge at Flexpipe: Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team dedicated to enhancing sales effectiveness through strategic planning, performance analysis, content development, and the integration of support technologies. As a cross-functional leader, you will work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication, streamlined processes, and an optimal customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a scalable sales enablement strategy aligned with Flexpipe 80/20’s business objectives; Create and deliver dynamic, relevant sales content and training to support onboarding and strengthen the capabilities of our extended sales teams and partners; Implement integrated marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads using digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, social media, geofencing, etc.), direct marketing, marketing automation, and email marketing. Support lead qualification strategies to help sales teams focus on highest-value opportunities; Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce friction; Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, and operations to ensure consistent communication and strategic alignment across all functions and platforms (e.g., websites and social media); Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools such as CRM, CMS, and sales enablement platforms; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use performance data to adjust and improve enablement initiatives; Review KPIs measuring the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, including online content and lead generation. Evaluate, select, and implement sales enablement tools and systems; Work with other department leaders to ensure message consistency and a seamless customer experience. Your Profile: University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing; Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA (an asset); Over ten (10) years of experience in marketing strategy planning, advertising campaigns, and public relations; Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities; Experience in content creation, marketing strategy planning, and campaign execution; Knowledge of e-commerce and online sales (an asset); Experience in B2B marketing within the industrial manufacturing sector (an asset); Ability to motivate teams to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously; Active participation in and facilitation of group meetings; Ability to collaborate effectively and thrive in a close-knit team environment; Strong leadership skills, effective communication at all organizational levels, and the ability to plan, organize, and follow up on projects; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Strong multitasking skills with great attention to detail; Bilingualism (French and English) highly preferred.
