Job Description
Mindseye Development CIC Mindseye Development CIC is a social enterprise based in Birmingham. We have a well established youth mentoring programme and we also run a programme of topical community discussions. The Associate Project Manager will become a key member in our health promotions team, working with the Director to deliver projects within Black African and Black Caribbean communities in Birmingham. The Associate Project Manager may be required, from time to time, to support other projects delivered by Mindseye Development CIC. Key Responsibilities Support delivery of healthcare transformation projects aimed at reducing health inequalities experienced within Black African and Black Caribbean communities. Assist in planning, monitoring, and evaluating initiatives to reduce health inequalities. Work with stakeholders across NHS, local authorities and community organisations. Contribute to research, data analysis and reporting on health disparities. Help manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets. Participate in stakeholder engagement and community outreach activities. Ensure compliance with relevant health and equality legislation. Training & Development Complete the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship , covering: Project management tools and techniques Stakeholder and risk management Business case development Regulation and legislation in healthcare Receive mentorship and pastoral support from experienced NHS professionals. Requirements Essential qualifications GCSE in: Maths and English (grade AC / 9-4) If required, let us know about alternative qualifications or industry experience you have.
