General Information: Salary - £35,000 Location - London (In office) Start Date: ASAP What you need: A 2:1 or above degree from a top Russell Group university Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively A natural interest in the business world and a keen sense of market dynamics A strong work ethic and determination to succeed in a competitive, high-pressure environment The ability to think on your feet, handle objections, and maintain professionalism in client and candidate interactions Openness to coaching and feedback, and a desire to continually develop professionally A natural ability to build rapport, close deals, and create lasting partnerships with clients and candidates A clear desire to build a high-earning, long-term career in executive sea The Role: Work closely with Partners and Directors on retained global mandates Research and map legal markets across the UK, US and EMEA Engage with high-level candidates (typically Partners, GCs, and top-tier lawyers) Build long-term client relationships and pitch your market insights Write detailed reports and market analysis to support clients’ hiring strategy Ultimately lead your own searches and build a high-billing desk What's on offer?
