Job Description: As a Recruitment Specialist at Jobbex you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top technicians. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and dealing with clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with sales Negotiate offers and handle the onboarding process together with operations Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future positions. Requirements: You are curious and eager to success. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist in the technical staffing or secondment industry You have a proactive personality and positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Team player and successful in building professional relationships Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
