ROLE DESCRIPTION As our Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for providing outstanding support and service to our valued customers. You will be instrumental in resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle inbound customer inquiries across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) Achieve highest 1st touch solution rates and top CSAT scores Use in-depth product knowledge to resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency Provide post-purchase assistance, including follow-up calls and messaging to ensure customer satisfaction Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to address customer needs Represent customer needs internally by suggesting improvements and providing feedback to optimize products, services, and support processes REQUIRED SKILLS Degree in Business Administration or Marketing from a top school in Europe or the US 2 years of experience in customer support or technical service Proficient user of CRM software like Intercom, Zendesk, Zoho or Salesforce Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack Empathetic communicator on all channels, from phone to messaging or email Structured & disciplined work habits, fast and analytical thinker, very attentive to detail Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish Good knowledge of German, French or Italian is a big plus All employees must be EU residents with a work permit for Spain. The job is based 100% onsite in our HQ in Alcobendas, Madrid. We do not work remote.
