Job Role: Junior Talent Manager Location: London, On Site Salary: Up to £30k DOE ABOUT THE JOB Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Talent Manager to support their talent management team in representing and growing the careers of their clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in managing day-to-day communication and relationships with talent, brands, and industry stakeholders Support the negotiation and execution of brand deals, sponsorships, and media opportunities Coordinate schedules, appearances, and engagements for talent, ensuring smooth logistics and execution Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential brand collaborations Assist in content planning and development strategies for talent across digital and traditional media Track and manage contracts, payments, and deliverables for talent partnerships Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings as needed MAIN REQUIREMENTS 2 years of experience in talent management Excellent communication, both verbal and written Knowledge of social media trends, content creation, and the sports/entertainment industries SUMO is an equal opportunities employer.
