Your role is all about building relationships, encouraging repeat engagement, and ensuring every supporter feels valued. What You'll Be Doing Responding to calls, emails, and social media messages from supporters Logging interactions and feedback in our CRM system Managing your own workflow and prioritising tasks Troubleshooting and resolving queries using provided resources Escalating complex issues to your Team Manager Moderating online feedback and managing back-office tasks What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills Emotionally resilient and professional under pressure A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and collaboratively Previous customer service experience is a plus!
