What You’ll Be Doing Delivering excellent customer service by processing a range of pension-related tasks including address changes, valuations, quotations, policy amendments, and more. Responding to member queries across multiple communication channels within agreed SLA targets. Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. Taking ownership of your personal development through training and continuous learning. Identifying and escalating risks, complaints, and breaches in a timely manner. What We’re Looking For DB Pensions Administration experience. Experience handling pension authorisations. Strong numeracy and data input skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency with telephone and computer systems.
