Graduate Building Surveyor

An award winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team in Reading. Their work is rich and varied, including new developments, regeneration and refurbishment projects in the private and public sectors. Working as part of an experienced team your advice will be crucial for the successful design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of a wide property portfolio. Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Building Surveyor: Provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of residential and commercial property Contract administration Building surveys Measured surveys Analyse and report on building defects Prepare schedules of dilapidations Help develop and manage the Building Surveying team Skills & Experience of the Graduate Building Surveyor: Relevant degree Desire to become chartered Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness Salary & Benefits: £27K - £40K Private Healthcare Generous Pension Scheme 25 Days Holiday Income Protection Insurance Hybrid working Structured APC support For more information, please contact Alison Longdin.
