Graduate Design Engineer

Impact Recruitment are currently working with a market leading business who specialise in the construction industry globally. They are currently recruiting for multiple graduate design engineers to support with their in-house design processes on a permanent basis. Our client are a team of engineers who specialise in the design, development, manufacture, commissioning and site operation for a range of specialist construction projects around the world. They provide the complete service of construction engineering, supply of equipment and site supervision. Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience) Location: Rushden Northamptonshire Hours: Monday - Friday working 9am-5:30pm Contract: Permanent Responsibilities: Complete design of permanent and temporary structures. Design of specialist equipment in heavy lifting and movement projects. Analysis of structures using computer programs. Prepare detailed calculations. Preperation of detailed sketches using AutoCAD. Working within a design team. Liasing with various departments and project managers. Utilising excel and other microsoft packages. Required Experience: Graduate or expecting graduate in Civil or Structural Engineering Experience with various analysis computer programs Must be experienced in using AutoCAD Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft packages Great communication skills Able to work well in a team and independantly Benefits: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Company sickness after 12 months Company pension Death in service assurance Private medical care If this role sounds of interest then please apply with an up to date CV.
