This role is based in Birmingham office, with expensed travel to London required as and when. What You’ll Do You will play a critical part in analysing new and existing opportunities, delivering actionable insights, and helping drive informed investment decisions. Your work will influence deal execution, asset repositioning strategies, and long-term portfolio growth You’ll work closely with the Investment and Asset Management teams on: Financial modelling and valuation (DCF, IRR, NPV) Market research and deal execution Asset management and leasing strategy Data analysis of tenant metrics, footfall, sales, demographics Producing dashboards and insights for real-time decision making Supporting investor reporting, fundraising, and compliance Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or another quantitative field Experience in investment banking, private equity or the real estate sector is advantageous if you're an early career candidate Package £50,000 - £75,000 DOE Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm Travel expenses Private healthcare, gym membership, mobile allowance A clear path for long-term progression 28 days holiday Please Note: Mavrec are acting as a recruitment agency with regards to this position.
