Talent Attraction Lead – Financial Services – Milton Keynes (Hybrid) Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a Talent Attraction Lead to develop and execute innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in positioning the company as an employer of choice and attracting top-tier talent across all business units. Key Details: Location: Milton Keynes (3 days per week in the office) Salary: £40,000–£50,000 benefits Industry: Financial Services Contract: Full-time, permanent Hybrid Working: Yes (3 days office-based) Role Highlights: Lead external talent attraction campaigns across social media and digital platforms Activate and evolve the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and People & Culture teams Drive inclusive hiring strategies aligned with DEI goals Manage vendor relationships and recruitment events Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in talent attraction, employer branding, or recruitment marketing Strong digital and social media strategy skills Data-driven with a creative mindset Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
